Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Predicta Leagues ("we", "us", "Predicta Leagues"). They govern your use of the Predicta Leagues website, mobile web experience, and any related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Predicta Leagues is a free-to-play, season-long prediction game built around the final finishing positions of the 20 Premier League football clubs. You submit a single ordered prediction of the final Premier League table plus a nominated "Joker" club before the season begins, and are scored throughout the season against the current official Premier League table.

Predicta Leagues is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to The Premier League, any Premier League club, or their trademarks. All club names, logos, and league marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 you should have permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.

You agree that:

• You will only operate one Predicta Leagues account.
• You will verify your email address before submitting a prediction or joining a mini-league.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at hello@predicta-leagues.com.

The game only works if everyone plays it themselves. You agree not to:

• Operate multiple accounts, whether directly or through others.
• Use automated tooling — scrapers, solvers, bots — to build, modify, or optimise predictions.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players via display names, mini-league names, or any other user-generated text.

Enforcement of these rules for the V2 launch season is honour-based, with our discretion to suspend or delete accounts we reasonably believe are in breach.

The full rules of the game — including the base scoring table, Joker doubling, the prediction deadline, the mid-season re-arrangement window, and tiebreakers — are published as the Predicta Leagues Game Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Game Rules, the Game Rules govern the operation of the game.

Once the prediction lockdown deadline for a season has passed, submitted predictions and Joker selections become immutable for the remainder of that season, save for explicit exceptions defined in the Game Rules.

You may create up to three (3) mini-leagues per season and join any number of mini-leagues created by others. Every verified player is automatically enrolled in the official Predicta Leagues Global league for each season.

As the creator of a mini-league you may rename it, edit its description, remove members, and transfer administration to another member. You may only delete a mini-league while you are its sole remaining member — once another member has joined, deletion is permanently disabled to prevent spiteful mid-season dissolution.

You are responsible for any text you enter into the Service — display names, mini-league names, mini-league descriptions. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that we reasonably determine to be abusive, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

"Predicta Leagues", the Predicta Leagues logo, and the Predicta Leagues visual identity are our trade marks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Third-party marks referenced in the Service (including Premier League club names and identifiers) remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here is purely descriptive and does not imply endorsement.

The Service is free of charge for the 2026/27 season. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in future seasons, in which case the terms of any paid features will be presented and accepted separately before purchase.

We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as-is" and "as- available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to £100 GBP. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may delete your account at any time via Account settings. On deletion your personal data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy; certain shared artifacts (such as mini-leagues where other members remain) persist per the Game Rules.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that you may bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where required by applicable consumer law.
